The precautionary measures we are taking has led to some delays in our operations. We'd like to provide some additional information for you on our current efforts.

Customer Service

We are experiencing a large influx of customer service related inquiries. Our team is working hard to ensure all email inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and in order. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Shipping & Fulfillment

We are doing everything we can to continue shipping in-stock orders within our promised timeline, but may experience slowdowns during peak times that may cause shipping delays. When this happens, we will notify you about your order. We appreciate your patience.

NOTE: We are finding that a number of international orders are having issues with delivery. We are in communication with our ship carriers to attempt to resolve this. 

Return/Exchange Processing

We are also experiencing delays in processing customer returns/exchanges. Please note that as long as you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send in your return/exchange, it will be processed as soon as possible.
